The appropriately named “Quarry” uses first class quality Spanish alabaster. Alabaster is a mineral that has been used throughout history for carving decorative artifacts, with the finest alabaster being used in the creation of ornamental stones, making it perfect for a luxurious Modern Forms fixture.

Alabaster is a soft mineral, which enables it to be carved into myriad elaborate forms. This, along with the mineral’s translucent nature allows our designers to mold the mineral into a shape that can be used to diffuse light in a fixture such as Quarry.

The color and texture of alabaster is what sets Quarry apart from other sconces; no two individual products are exactly alike. In commercial applications where more than one sconce is used, it will create a dynamic effect that is pleasing to those with an eye for detail. Uniformly lit from behind with LEDs, this luminaire provides ambient lighting enhanced by the inherent beauty of the natural stone.

The sconce can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and features AC-LED driverless technology, ELV dimming, and a 3000K color temperature. It is ETL and cETL Damp Location listed, ADA Compliant, and Title 24 Compliant. Quarry comes in Aged Brass or Brushed Nickel finishes, which perfectly complements the alabaster stone.
